WHAT WE DO

Office work, handled. Not a task list you have to feed.

Four service pillars, built for trades & field-service businesses.

Delivered 100% remotely. One accountable partner.

Call answering

Included in every tier

You get a dedicated number that forwards from your existing line. It rings to a live person during covered hours. That person knows your prices, your service area, how far out you book, and what you will and will not do.

Calls get logged and tracked, so at the end of the week you can see what came in, what got booked, and what did not.

New customers get the intake questions asked properly the first time, so nobody has to call back for the address.

Each tier includes a monthly call allowance. Outpost covers 75 calls, Garrison covers 175, and Command handles priority volume inside your agreed scope. Your weekly report shows where you stand, so an overage is never a surprise.

For companies losing work to voicemail while everybody is on a job.

Invoicing and receivables

Included in Garrison and Command

Invoices created and sent on a schedule instead of on a Sunday. Outstanding balances chased on a written sequence that starts polite and gets firmer. Aging reported so you know what is actually owed and how old it is.

I do not take custody of your money. Payments go straight to your accounts. My part is creating, sending, and following up.

For companies where cash flow looks bad on paper and is fine in reality, because the billing is just late.

customer service, and reporting

Included in Command

Customer service handled and escalated to you only when it needs you. Monthly reporting on calls, bookings, estimates outstanding, and receivables aging.

For established companies who want to look at numbers instead of guessing.

Scheduling and dispatch

Jobs booked into whatever you are already running. Reschedules and cancellations handled without a call to you. Your crew's day laid out before it starts.

For companies where the calendar lives in the owner's head and a double-booking costs a whole afternoon.

Estimate follow-up

Every estimate gets followed up on a written schedule. Two days, one week, two weeks, whatever we agree on. You get told which quotes are still alive and which ones are dead, so you stop guessing and stop chasing the ones that were never going to close.

For anybody who has written a quote, sent it, and never found out what happened.

Email and calendar

Included in Garrison and Command

Your business inbox handled during covered hours. Customer questions answered inside the limits you set. Anything needing you gets flagged and sent the same day.

For anybody with four hundred unread emails and a bid buried in there somewhere.

Some things are not mine to take.

I will not manage your employees. That is your job, and handing it to somebody outside your company does not work no matter how the arrangement is written.

I will not quote a price that is not on the price list you gave me.

I will not commit your crew to something you did not agree to.

Every one of those has a line in your agreement with a dollar figure and a rule attached, set by you before I take the first call.
